Return and Refund Policy
Effective as of: May 5, 2026
1. Made-to-order products
All Solo Design products are made to order on a print-on-demand basis. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
2. Right of cancellation
EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) provides a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the last item. As all Solo Design products are manufactured individually based on the customer's specifications, they are exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of the Directive.
Customers are clearly informed of this exemption before confirming their order.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will rectify the situation free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.solodesignshop@gmail.com and include the following in your message:
Order number
Description of the problem
A photo of the product and packaging
We will then provide a new product or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery issues
If your order is lost during shipping or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and find a solution.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the decision.
