1. General
These Terms of Use apply to the use of Solo Design’s (Business ID: 3113267-1) online store and purchases made there. By using our online store, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All our products are made to order using the print-on-demand method. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and the final product may differ slightly from the image due to materials and the production process.
3. Orders and Payment
Your order is binding once you have received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as due to a technical error or stock shortage. We accept the standard online payment methods listed at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship to Finland and other EU countries. Order processing takes 2–5 business days, after which the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days to Finland and 10–20 business days to other EU countries. 5. Returns and Refunds
Since products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns based on personal preference. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will address the issue—please contact us at info.solodesignshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Your rights under EU consumer protection law remain in full force.
6. Privacy Policy
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The data is used solely for order processing and customer communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Solo Design is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or delivery delays. Our liability is always limited to a maximum of the order value.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. The consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi).
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use. Any changes will be announced in the online store. By continuing to use the service after the changes, you accept the updated terms.
